Mom's BEST HOMEMADE KETTLE CORN (easy to make + sugarless)

Admit it; your tired of microwaved popcorn. It's too expensive, often unhealthy, and definitely not homemade.
I've got a recipe for you. My Mom makes kettle corn once or twice a week, and then the rest of the time it sits in an air tight container in the kitchen, where it becomes my go-to snack.
Light, fluffy, sweet n' salty, easy to make and.......the best part, HEALTHY. With no sugar, this kettle corn can delight even the diabetics in your family. Oh, its Organic too.

The trick to making stove-top kettle corn is understanding your ingredients. Our favorite kernels are Bob's Red Mill, and you can't beat the taste of both sweet stevia and light pink Himalayan salt.

  • Organic popcorn kernels
  • Extra Virgin olive oil
  • pink himalayan salt
  • stevia
1.Place a large soup pot (with lid) on the stove 2.Cover the bottom of the pot first with olive oil, and then preheat to 7 or above medium heat, till oil thins slightly 3.cover bottom with popcorn kernels 4. Place the lid on top of the pot (do not remove) 5. When heat builds and the kernels begin to pop, lightly shake kernels back to center to pop 6. After popping has stopped, take the pot off heat so it will not burn. 7. Sprinkle in the olive oil, salt, and stevia; stir and repeat a few times. 8. Wipe condensation from lid to keep popcorn crunchy 9. Keep the lid on the pot to keep warm and crunchy, or transfer to an air tight container for later.
