What can go wrong with strawberries and bananas? - A FIVE ingredient homemade & all-natural smoothie to beat the heat!

If you have a blender, yogurt, milk, berries and a banana, your all set! This is a super simple, no-stress smoothie that takes about 5-7 minutes total. It's all-natural, with Organic ingredients and stevia for sweetener. I made this just before dance class to give me energy! It's a great morning drink or liquid desert.

5 Ingredient Strawberry-Banana Smoothie
Organic, sugar-free, easy and delicious! Takes about 5-7 minutes.
  • 16 Organic frozen strawberries
  • 1 Organic banana
  • 3 heaping tablespoon Organic yogurt
  • Fill 1/2 to 3/4 of blender with Milk (Organic dairy or almond)
  • about 2 pinches stevia
Assemble ingredientsAdd the strawberries, banana, and yogurt into the blenderAdd milk and blend well Once thoroughly blended, sprinkle about 2 pinches of stevia on top and blend wellServe & enjoy!
